so just to clarify, say a monster has 10 exp, after 5 hours, every third monster would give 20 exp. right? because others (who said about the 1.6666x exp ratio) say that its 30 exp per third monster (300 + 100 + 100 = 500 / 3 = 1.66666)

because it also wouldnt make sense about the beginning training, (30%) would mean that you would only get like 3.3333 exp per third kill.
