Don't play Dark Pit myself but they like to use the same dash attack a lot so I shield them and hope to grab or something (near the edge). Throw him upward or off the level if he has high %. When he has the KO punch, run away and hope it wears off...
The classic Kirby swallow and jumping off probably works too :p
