Smash 3DS Tournament Sign-Up

=/ I've been trying to get my 3DS to stay connected online while Smash Bros is running, and it doesn't seem like I can get it to work, unfortunately.
I'm in a motel for a while, and their password protected internet means I have to open the Internet Browser while the game is running to get it to log in and actually stay online...and sadly Smash Bros doesn't let you open the Browser while the game is running. (whenever I try logging in before opening Smash Bros it just disconnects during the process of opening the game)

I'll probably keep making attempts at getting the game to work online, but I'm just gonna assume it won't work, so I guess I have to drop out of this, sorry =S

We'll see I suppose.

Shit this doesn't work as well as I thought it would.

So. I've been thinking about how the tournament should pan out and I decided that it should just last a single day and we do everything back to back. That way the tournament lasts only one to two days and everything goes smoothly rather than it spanning out for a week or so.

So I guess I'm asking you guys a few questions.

1) Is this okay with you guys?
2) If so, what time would probably be best? Time in EDT to keep things simple please.
3) Do any of you guys have Skype so we can have a skype group going?
4) What prizes do you guys think would be good?
