Assuming you're training on more-or-less uniform mobs, that's equivalent to 1.66x exp. (5th hour and up - but as mentioned above, just stay logged in or at least log a few hours before you intend to start training. I bet it makes d/cing hurt a LOT more, though).
But the nicest thing about it is that it's for an entire month. So it's not likely to increase ks'ing and fighting over maps the way a 2-hour 2x event does.
I hope Nexon America do something like this in GMS, too.
