Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

Doing okay-ish with Sunwuko on my Monk, but I'm still undergeared. My Flying Dragon is basically lowest damage roll, and I can't seem to get a socket on it. My amulet is still a rare, though I do have an okay Legendary replacement, I need a 3rd gem that beats out 10% Holy Damage, which will probably be Pain Enhancer. Need to reroll the AR on my gloves to... CDR, or IAS I guess. Need to get more materials so I can craft Aughild's chest/bracers and reroll them. Need a less shitty shoulder because my Sunwuko rolled 416/425 dex/vit, and I rerolled Cyclone Strike damage to Armor looking for CDR. Need an additional ring so I don't have to wear Unity in groups. I got 3 damned Band of Untold Secrets and they all rolled pomegranate =[ pls DEX/IAS/CHD/CHC/MS. Wouldn't mind a decent Compass Rose or Manald Heal either, but I'm not gonna hold my breath on a Rue Chambers.

I'm really confused how people claim they aren't able to spend all their Spirit though...
