Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

The Kadala thing is terrible. Not only has it ruined the ease of collecting mats it will make 500 blood shards feel like a lot less =(

I hope the costs aren't too insane or its just going to be a pain..

People are reporting getting legendaries after 100-200 shards so it's not too bad.
Also Rift Guardians drop a lot more crafting mats now as compensation for the Kadala change.
