I did the level 120(?) Cygnus Knights quest that gave the Empress an upgrade recently. Shinsoo said they gave me something, which I assume was only the Call of Cygnus skill and nothing else? Shinsoo's dialog during the quest said something about an element-related thing not being needed, I think? While looking up the quest online, there would be another skill given called Elemental Expert, is that skill no more or something?
