The idea is to allow freedom in when the matches are done. The scenario in my mind is as follows:
1. I post the current match up. I say when I expect results.
2. Users participating message each other for what would be a good time.
3. They report results to me.
This is because I know some people are working and don't have free time 24/7 so I want extreme leisure w.r.t. when matches take place.
