Huh. Apparently so. Still a few posts there of people quoting him, though. And the points have been added to the minor patch announcement.
Also, I wonder about the time limit. What happens if you don't complete the quest in an hour? You get kicked out, obviously. But did they remember to not let you back in?
On the other hand, if they set the dungeon to one entry a day, then disconnecting is a major loss
