In order to resolve this issue, the following decisions have been made, and these changes will go into affect during the unscheduled maintenance today:
A time limit of 60 minutes has been added for completing the quest on the island.
The number of "Castaway Monsteroot" which spawn on the "Root Habitat" map has been reduced.
The EXP granted from all monsters on the island has been decreased slightly.
The quest on the island is repeatable once a day, as you all have noticed, and further completions of the quest will award a Drop Coupon.
Please Note: No bans will be made because of this, so please don't fret.

An hour is actually a very short time if you really want to do the quests. I think it took me longer yesterday, and I wasn't trying to "train". Took half an hour today and I only went to fix one vehicle and get the buff, and actively skipped any map that wasn't essential for that goal.
On the other hand, an hour is plenty, if someone goes just to grind. Weren't people talking about 30-100 in an hour, or something?
Well, guess we'll have to see just how "slightly" decreased the exp is.
