There's boss souls from Elite bosses. They're +18 stat base, but if it's the type that matches the stat e.g. Mad Mage soul with the "Clever" prefix, then you get +20 INT instead of +18 INT. The "fifth" stat-match, from Bad Brawler, gives +12 ALL ("Flashy" prefix).
