9 cents for SAO coins? I might actually buy some for that 15atk medal on more than 1 character if the dungeon isn't bad. Though that'd require meso and/or real money, I'd rather spend the latter on things outside maple.

Remember that 1 coin does nothing. It costs 3 coins (270 nx) to enter the normal dungeon, and 5 coins (450 nx) for the premium one. So, pretty similar to Red Leaf High.
It remains to be seen how many paid entries are needed to get that medal.
