I suspect that's a rage thing.
I mean, the thing can survive a thousand plus hours from people playing Monster Hunter 3G and Monster Hunter 4. If it's breaking from Smash three days after release, it's because people are being too harsh on it while they're anxious to win. As it is people toss controllers and such when they lose, is it really such a surprise that they're breaking the circle pads?
