Plus, with the 3DS version already out at that point, technically both games will be considered remakes by a lot of people, or at least neither a bigger priority than the other, especially when the Wii U hasn't sold so well.
I just won't be surprised at all if it ends up being that both games sold under expectations. That's all I'm saying.
Although I can see this, you also have to remember that both of these games have been on preorder for 2 months now (well 1 and a half), with another month on the way. Such budgets are calculated at a monthly basis, and these games are "must haves" for anyone interested in either franchise. Well save for smash bros because they maybe waiting on the wii u variant
