I don't see why the town would have a strongman vigilante kill, just so we could kill townies even if I or VerrKol had protected them? MasPan's case doesn't count as he had Melisandre specifically to counter him as well as only a 1-time protection from NK/Lynch. It seems too specific for there to be one of the mafia with a NK protection when the only alternative for the town to kill at night is a STRONGMAN vigilante, it doesn't even make sense.
Just as for LuvD's case, I don't believe you. I think rather that you are mafia with a strongman kill to counter all the protective roles the Town has + MasPan, you were just unlucky to have used it on Mas on the same night Melisandre worked her magic.
