Diablo III: Reaper of Souls

Which gem feel like it adds more damage, the +elite damage gem, or the spread AIDs gem? Alternatively, which one would clear bounties quicker?

I feel like the Toxic one does more damage for rifts and such, especially with its Rank 25 bonus where everything takes 10% more damage from everything.

Not really sure what's best for bounties.
