Maybe you think you eat a lot already, but if you haven't been gaining weight, you're not eating a lot. If you have trouble downing a lot of food just eat really calorie-dense food.
Other than that I suck at handing out general advice, but try Simple Science Fitness and r/bodybuilding to get started. Figure out what you want before you dive in to anything. But whatever you do, remember to eat!
