So I want to get Evan hair, and thankfully haven't spent any real money on REG coupons yet (those surveys are tricky but can occasionally work), and haven't been successful. Anyway, my birthday is coming up in a week, meaning I'm about to get some cash to spare, and I'm wondering what you guys thought would be a better way of spending NX - on the pricier side, these spins, with a slim chance of getting the hair, but the consolation being items possibly valuable enough to sell for lots of meso, ooor spend a bit less NX (depending on luck of course) and just going for REG coupons. Thoughts?
