 Finale

Holy pomegranate. P'Li's death was pineappleing brutal... her head would've exploded. They didn't seem to mind talking about death more directly in the finale episodes (compared to the death of the Earth Queen), but when Zaheer said "after we dispatch you" when Korra was chained up it did make me laugh a bit. Bolin being able to lava bend was pretty epic and Mako being able to lightning bend was also really cool, I am a little irritated that Mako seemed perfectly fine immediately after doing it though. iirc in TLA Iroh says how dangerous lightning bending is if you're not careful and don't do it properly, and it's a bit of a stretch to have Mako do it perfectly on the first attempt. Korra looked so depressed in the final scenes though which broke my heart

Uhhh yeah, this wasn't the first time we've seen mako lightning bend. He literally does it in like the first or second episode of season 1 where he does it in his job to produce electricity for republic city.

He just hadn't done it in forever so it was extremely unexpected.

They didn't really leave much at all for season 4 did they? If it's even getting one still. So much for a huge cliffhanger eh spadow

I'm sad the lava dude died, but oh my god i think combustion ladys death was the most intense death ever to come out of a nickelodeon produced show.
