Okay so I wanna start like working out some, but idk what to really start out with. I just moved to my college and we have a nice rec center with a lot of stuff, but I've never been to a gym or worked out. I'm just lost at where to start and don't wanna like hurt myself doing something retarded. Also for perspective, I'm 18, weigh 92lbs, and I am 5'6". Thanks, and sorry if this is like the wrong place to ask for this kind of stuff ;w;.
