Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion

I think these gamecube controllers for wii u act like pro ones with a different design so hopefully i can use it with other games too.

I don't think this was ever said anywhere, ever.

For one thing, it's missing several buttons that the classic controller pro/ wiiu pro controller have. Namely the triggers and clickable sticks, as well as a minus button, which mean it's not simply a different designed controller. I think sephie is right and you can expect it to be used for smash and basically nothing else. (Unless gamecube virtual console does happen, but i'm doubting it happening for this gen at this point.)
