However, this brings back memories of the dark ages of Brawl 2008. I was so hyped up to play Smash online, it gave me the biggest hype in the entire universe to finally be able to play with people across the globe. Can you imagine how shattered my world view was when I actually got to play Brawl online? It was so laggy and terrible it made me want to break down and cry. I felt betrayed. It took seconds for my moves to register, some times it'd lag so bad that it'd take the entire match to do a few attacks. Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection was the shittiest thing I've ever seen and it upset me.
I hope Smash 4's online is nothing like that or else I'll have mini-PTSD flashbacks.
