edit: shouldn't meow go for Luv, since you have decreasing chances of blocking? Then again, are we considering total chance of blocking or are we saying that blocking Luv takes precedence?

Decreasing chances only works for successive uses on the same person. Last 2 uses have been on Words and Meow, so if I use it on Luv it'll be 100%. If I used it on Meow it would be 75%, though.
