I'm going to assume each person can only do one thing each night (including the mafia; ie they can't use their power and do the mafia kill or whatever). We know every action Kyra has taken thus far. (Assuming they were actually blocked by Meow's confusion on night 1):
Night 1: Blocked
Night 2: Poisoned me
Night 3: Evolved
The tentacler has been acting every night. Meaning the mafia kills would all have to have been done by one/both of the other mafia. (Still assuming they can't kill and act in the same night).
It's also interesting to note that when Cakes first claimed being forced to attack someone, they specifically specified "attack" and not ability, and they never mentioned any tentacles being involved, which you would think would be a rather important piece of information.
Cakes was also forced to attack Hypermug and was adamant about making it clear that, therefore, "him and Hypermug weren't threats to the town."
And since he was reportedly a nonvoter I find it rather odd that he's somehow found the ability to vote.

Literally none of Luv's actions have lined up though. Day 1 they claim to be able to do something that is entirely inconsistent with Night 1. Night 2 they claim to have been roleblocked *in the middle of the night??* by a person who couldn't roleblock, Night 3 they accidentally murdered someone, Night 4 they "didn't do anything because they were too late" - even though Niernen wouldn't have sent out the role PMs early if all actions hadn't been sent in.
@Hypermug; you watched me though, correct? I'm updating the list.
I'm pretty sure the mafia can kill and use their powers as well. Also, Cakes said he didn't mention tentacles in case someone slipped up and revealed, which could obviously be a fabrication but it does explain away his not mentioning the tentacles. And like, it makes no sense to use Rest on someone else. Haha how would that even work. Alternately his Rest protected him from the tentacles.
