I'm a firm believer that every GM should be required to level to at least 100 within the first couple months with the company. They should take a 30 minute mandatory break every day at work to play the game and learn how it functions.

That or they should be shown films discussing how the game works, what a hacker looks like, and how they should proceed with documenting the hacker.

Also the films should be in this style.
