The design will not please every Slowbro user for sure, but competitive-wise it looks to be way handier.
Talking by personal experience, the usual final escenario of a battle is my Slowbro struggling/stalling alone after walling everything better than the rest of my team, so an increased Defense and Shell Armor is more appealing for survivability, since it can use Slack Off. Also, Oblivious has worked great for me to boost the probabilities of ensuring a TR setting on the first turn.
