Indeed Waluigi was present in Brawl as an assist trophy. He would come out and stomp people into the ground then finish them with a golf club or tennis racket.
Im hoping there really is a playable Waluigi this time around, he seriously needs more recognition. Everyone thinks Luigi was the forgotten brother, but take a look at Waluigi....
