Are you sure that's not from an excessive amount of NLs and a lack of BMs? I do admit BM and NL dps is comparable though.

BMs do indeed outdamage Heroes.
Oh yeah, something to consider is the difference between a general boss and a warrior-unfriendly boss. Bosses that are extremely warrior-unfriendly would include Anego, The Boss, and Black Crow (Tengu) due to their short-ranged extreme damage.
