I mean no offense. Forgive me?
People probably just like to try things before they put a serious investment into it. Games like FF are probably able to got P2P off the bat because they have their name on it, and other games typically have a lot to show to build up hype for them. However, if that doesn't work... I know that WoW was offering players a chance to play to level 20 for free, is that still present? I knew someone that would just play different classes up until level 20 and then start over every single time.
And with China, I know console gaming was lifted this year, with china's own exclusive gaming console coming out. So it should be interesting to if this will affect any changes within the online gaming community. Clearly, there's going to be a drop in playing them over in china, which is a big deal considering its population.
with a vain attempt to stay on topic: I am looking forward to finally being able to say"what the heckieton" if/when we get hekaton. I would need my desktop back first for that though.
