This chapter felt more like a Naruto 687.5 where Kishimoto attempted to fix his mistake of ruining Kakashi for whatever is left of the series, although it still sucks that those eyes are "temporary". Maybe Obito meant it in the sense that he will have them until he dies and they reunite again.
