Don't forget that today is the last day to level up your Shade to 150 for the rings. [Although if you are mid/high/hyper-funded, then those rings are rather meh]
edit: also, according to the website the Shade-only ring has no potential, but the other ring (Fox Ring) is tier3 2 potential account-movable ring (doesn't say any movement restriction count).
