It's fun to look at my previous posts and realize that I HAVE been growing and improving even though I really don't feel the increases.
I'm now up to:
DEADLIFT: 315 x 5 (mixed grip - causes fewer callouses)
BENCH: 185 x 9
LEG PRESS: 690 x 8
OHP: 100 x 8
