Yes. Period.

Your damage at bossing relies primarily on Absolute Kill during Memorize-Equilibrium. DSE provides a good ~7% of your DPS. So I'd say keep it. It is also very costly to obtain all the rest of %MA, and 12%INT is already on the diminishing returns part of the curve.

Also seems like I was wrong and the range goes up after (After I got some matk from the soul weapon, didn't really pay attention but when I had nothing it was lowering the range as I buffed o_O)

well it probably makes the glove even better.
