Who says you have to respect the person who runs your country?

Oooh, oooh, the military does! (He is, as before, at the top of my chain of command. Talking pomegranate about him can result in a number of penalties, from minor things like extra duty to imprisonment if you say something threatening to execution if you try anything treasonous).
This is because insulting him detracts from his leadership capabilities, so essentially it equates to attempting to take power from the person in charge of you (majorly bad idea in the military, esp the Navy, as this rule was created back when mutiny/piracy were rampant).
