Christ the tokyo ghoul adaption is completely shitting the bed, changing multiple things and skipping entire arcs for no apparent reason. Seems it really is 1-cour and they'll be rushing through everything super fast even though they'd need 2-cour to properly adapt up until the arc they're hinting at in the preview/OP.
Jesus christ i'm already considering dropping it and i even like the source material.
Then again that might be just why i'm disliking it, because i was expecting to see the manga animated and they're just taking an approach people unfamiliar with the manga will prefer. I don't know.
But i'll keep watching for
