To be fair, we don't know if TheBirds or ChaoticCJ are neutral, we just have to take their word for it. Same for their powers. They could be town claiming neutral to avoid mafia, or mafia claiming neutral to avoid containment. No one has looked at either of them because they will get called scummy for even thinking someone else could have lied about their alignment.
