I love working for Michaels, but I will tell you your store is VERY dependent on how your management team works and how your DM runs the district. Look into working in the frame department, you'll learn lots of really useful skills. If you get it, ask me all kinds of questions and I'll help you out!
Today was hell, I was at work until 11 cleaning up pomegranate. Tired of being understaffed due to hour cuts and tight hour budgeting. I start my job at Urban Outfitters tomorrow and I'm very nervous.
Random question, is it normal to get called back a day after filling out the application?
Related news, I have a job interview with Michaels on Saturday!!
