There won't be an Aran revamp in September. In September, 132 skills from 32 classes will be changed to bring more life into the classes, making each have a different personality and more uniqueness than other classes. Also they're going to add more story lines together between classes and enhance storytelling. The Resistance class will be revamped, but they've said only a few classes. They didn't say exactly which class isn't going to get updated. I think Mechanic won't be updated.
The new director has said that there was originally no plan to revamp the Aran and Evan class. However, they have changed their mind after hearing the requests of many Korean users and so it is their responsibility to revamp both classes. It won't be in September, but more will be revealed over time in the developer notes.
Content for Lv. 200~250 is low priority at the moment according to the new director.
