v.151 - Rising Heroes: Tower of Oz Update Highlights

For Dorothy's appearance:
Because of how intellectual property is handled in different regions and because the story of the tower is connected to Alicia liking the original book, we wanted to make sure various elements of the Tower of Oz either connected directly back to the original story (ex. Dorothy wearing silver shoes, Glinda being the Good Witch of the South) or stood out as distinctly ours, such as the appearances of the Scarecrow, the Cowardly Lion, the Tin Woodman, and Dorothy's dress.
