Cygnus impressions

I got a question that's been bugging me for a very long time. I know if you have a 13x parent, your cygnus will get +13attack for example. And if your cygnus is lvl 120 your parent will get +12attack.

My problem is that I have a paladin and a Buccaneer on the same account >__< So I'll have to choose whos the parent, the paladin or the buccaneer.

So I'm wondering, do all characters on the account get the +12 attack if the cygnus is lvl 120? or would only 1 character (the buccaneer or the paladin) get the +12 attack.

I'm pretty sad about having to choose : ( I'm pretty sure only 1 will get the bonus +12 attack but I would just like confirmation.
