With 17 people and 3-4 neutrals, it looks like it is probably split 1/2 town, 1/4 neutral and 1/4 mafia? The neutrals may actually have more power than they appear to because if they can control votes, they can easily control the majority and who wins the games. Who ever's side the neutrals are on has the vote advantage.
And that's why if I wasn't awake the previous Day, I could have been lynched and power will render useless.. Argh, these people...
