So I was running my first King's run at Kartel Supply Camp (iirc) and got the horse lady, but she had new inventory I hadn't seen before:

Each item was 50k each, so far I've found that the second weapon is a Flaming Rano. Everything was +7, but after looking at it again, they might all expire in 24 hrs. They have next to the name: 1天 which google says means 1 day.
Edit: Okay so she appeared again in the next run as well. She seems to sell a sort of rental weapon that lasts 1 day and can't be stored, sold, disassembled, etc. They cost 50k and come +7'd, and she sells one weapon for each base class.
