You also need a kssn on top of the korean cell number. Only reason i have my account is because I knew someone who knew that korean. He not giving/selling anymore accounts atm.
as for the place after lotus. It is called north shelter. The slayer quest gets remove but I still find the entire place bad. I like to call it North shitter and almost everyone agrees with me on that. That some BS token rule cDnF has.
