nerf? I see a mixed bag. Quite a few delay reductions and damage increases, but also many SP requirements raised (not sure whether that means the skill continues to get stronger, or it's still the same at max level, just takes more time to get there) and some duration/range/damage nerfs.

My class, Hero, got two "buffs": 50% faster healing (from 1000 to 1500 HP per 4 seconds... still pretty meaningless against any enemy that can actually hurt us, but whatever), and drastically decreased cooldown on our hyper (30 to 10 seconds. The hyper itself is still quite useless, though, due to having a ridiculously narrow horizontal range, and a very long delay). There is also a change to combo but I can't read Korean so I don't know whether that's just text and graphics or a functionality change.
