I mean they even made Depth Diggers' bonus damage affect every class but Wizards and WDs. Why?

Because last we need is for there to be only 1 viable Wizard build in the game lol.

The DoT from Conflagration stacks up to 3 times now.

And that's bad how? The change makes it so the 3 stacks is equivalent to 9ish [live] stacks. All the change really does is hurt / nerf PURE MM/Conflag builds, but every other MM / Conflag build got buffed in the process, especially with the Firebird 6pc change.
