One incriment increase with Wind Booster is actually two speeds, just like the normal booster. So Wind Booster is technically +4 (counting halves). Speeds up hole speeds. So, Fast with booster goes to Faster, then it goes to Fastest. Then, I have no idea where the second incriment of Wind Booster takes you... That's what Saphire8 on lolbasil told me.

Um what?
Normal booster is -2.
1-10 SI is -1.
11-20 is -2.
Thus with both boosters you get a total increase of -3 with 1-10 SI and -4 with 11-20.
