After about a year of very unhealthy eating and 0 exercise I decided it was time to do something about it.
Been going to the gym since about April and just been doing cardio. Treadmill, bike and rowing machine.
My question is how can i improve my stamina. Even after a few months of going regularly (almost everyday)I struggle running even 1 km in <8 mins and I would like to improve on it.
