Off the top of your head, do hammers go on sale at this price or lower often?

I've gone through 20 20% clean slates trying to get 1 failed hammer slot back on my gollux ring. Think I might just buy the stupid hammers from now on =(

I wouldn't call it often, but they go on sale every now and then. They haven't been this cheap in a long time though; I would jump on it while you have the chance.
