I think the more frustrating part is the silly dialogue box that pops up after every box, as well as the horrendous amount of unusable crap that comes out of the boxes.

I don't need 47 Strawberry Popsicles.

Meh, it's no worse than before where we didn't have the ability to hotkey them.
Just turn mouse keys on and line your cursor up with the OK box, then hotkey the boxes and hold that key down while spamming mouse keys.

But yeah, the only part that really bothers me is the face accessories and pink tubes that fill up my inventory.
