Be willing to: have open availability, willing to work holidays, willing to work weekends, willing to work nights
Will you do all of those? Probably not, but the more available you are the more likely your app is to be pulled. In my experience as a manager, if someone lists they can't work those we generally completely ignore the app unless it's for specialized positions.

And just like that...I'm hired at Chevy's.

Though, it doesn't come without its sacrifices. Looks like I may have to give up my social/fraternity life for this job. At least, I HOPE not...
